Waterloo parade and service
Start: 10:15 a.m.
Location: Waterloo Cenotaph, 25 Regina St. S.
The parade will begin at St. John's Lutheran Church at 22 Willow Street and will travel down William Street E. to the Cenotaph on Regina Street S. The service will begin at 10:30 a.m.
Kitchener parade and service
Start: 10:30 a.m.
Location: Kitchener Cenotaph, at the corner of Duke Street and Frederick Street
The parade will run from Ontario Street (between King and Duke Streets) to the Cenotaph and the service will begin at 10:45 a.m.
Waterloo Region Museum tours
Time: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Location: 10 Huron Rd., Kitchener
The museum will observe the day with hourly tours that highlight various war and peacekeeping efforts by local men and women. This will be included with regular paid admission.
Cambridge parade and service
There are three parades and services taking place in Cambridge.
Galt
Start: 10:30 a.m.
Location: Galt Cenotaph, 82 Ainslie St.
The parade will run from the Royal Canadian Legion Galt Branch 121 at 4 Veteran's Way starting at 10:15 a.m. The ceremony will begin with wreath laying at 10:30 a.m.
Preston
Start: 10:15 a.m.
Location: Preston Cenotaph, located at King Street and Argyle Street
The parade will run from the Royal Canadian Legion Preston Branch 126 at 334 Westminster Dr. N., at 10:15 a.m. and will move down King Street to the cenotaph. There service will begin at 10:30 a.m.
Hespeler
Start: 10:15 a.m.
Location: Hespeler Cenotaph, corner of Queen Street and Tannery Street E.
The parade will run from Royal Canadian Legion Hespeler Branch 272 at 26 Schofield St., at 10:15 a.m. down Queen and Tannery to the cenotaph. The ceremony will begin at 10:30 a.m.
New Hamburg parade and service
Start: 10:45 a.m.
Location: New Hamburg Community Centre, 251 Jacob Street
The parade will leave from the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home at 291 Huron Street and travel to the New Hamburg Community Centre for the service at 11 a.m.
Guelph service and parade
Start: 10:15 a.m.
Location: Sleeman Centre, 50 Woolwich St., followed by Guelph Cenotaph, corner of Woolwich Street and Eramosa Road/Wyndham Street
The doors will open at 9 a.m. for a service at the Sleeman Centre, which gets underway at 10:15 a.m. The parade will then leave the Sleeman Centre, march to the Cenotaph, then back to Wyndham Street and St. George's Square. There will also be a laying of wreaths at the Guelph Central Station at 9:30 a.m.
Woodlawn Memorial Park service
Start: 10:45 a.m.
Location: Woodlawn Memorial Park, 762 Woolwich St., Guelph
Service to be held in the veterans area under the Canada flag.
Remembrance Day at McCrae House
Time: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Location: McCrae House, 108 Water Street, Guelph
There will be a Remembrance Day service at 9 a.m. by the Royal Canadian Legion Colonel John McCrae Memorial Branch 234. The museum - the birthplace of Lt.-Col. John McCrae, author of In Flanders Fields - will remain open following the service. Admission is by donation.
Elora
Start: 11 a.m.
Location: Corner of Metcalfe Street and Geddes Street.
Salem
Start: 9:30 a.m.
Location: Veteran's Park, off William Street. Salem is just west of Elora.
Brantford ceremony
Start: 11 a.m.
Location: Brantford Cenotaph, 6 Dalhousie St., Brantford
Stratford parade and ceremony
Start: 10:45 a.m.
Location: Stratford Cenotaph, Erie Street
Parade to begin at the Armoury at 80 Waterloo St., at 10 a.m. and travel to the Cenotaph.
Can't make it out? The ceremony at Queen's Park in Toronto will be streamed online starting at 10:45 a.m.
